1. Customization Process 📋
Our custom process is standardized and transparent, ensuring smooth communication and efficient delivery:
- Inquiry & Requirement Communication: You contact our customer service and provide detailed customization requirements (style, size, material, quantity, usage scenario, delivery time, etc.).
- Design Scheme Confirmation: Our R&D team will create 2-3 design drafts according to your requirements within 3-5 working days. We will revise the draft repeatedly until you are satisfied.
- Sample Making & Approval: After confirming the design scheme, we will start making samples. The sample production cycle is 7-10 working days. We will send the sample to you for inspection, and adjust and modify it according to your feedback until the sample is approved.
- Formal Order Signing: After the sample is confirmed, we will issue a formal order contract, clarifying product details, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery time, etc.
- Mass Production: We start mass production after receiving the advance payment. During the production process, we will send you production progress photos/videos.
- Quality Inspection & Delivery: After the completion of mass production, we will conduct a full inspection of the products. After passing the inspection, we will arrange delivery according to the agreed logistics method and send you the tracking number.
2. Required Information for Customization 📝
To improve the efficiency of customization, please provide the following information when consulting:
- Product Style: Provide design drawings (AI/PSD format is preferred), reference pictures, or detailed text descriptions (such as animal shape, cartoon character, etc.).
- Size Requirement: Specify the specific size (height/width/length) or select the size range from our size guide.
- Material Selection: Choose the fabric (super soft short plush, organic cotton, crystal velvet, etc.) and filling material (PP cotton, etc.), or we will recommend suitable materials according to your usage scenario.
- Quantity Requirement: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom plush toys is 300-500 pieces. The more the quantity, the more favorable the unit price.
- Special Requirements: Such as embroidery (brand logo, text), printing, detachable accessories, custom packaging (gift box, OPP bag with logo), etc.
- Delivery Time: Specify the expected delivery date, and we will adjust the production plan accordingly.

- Sample making: 7-10 working days
- Mass production: 45-60 working days (depending on the quantity and complexity of the product; for large quantities over 1000 pieces, the cycle is 60-80 working days)

- Sample fee: 100% payment in advance.
- Formal order: 30% advance payment to start production, 70% balance payment before delivery (we will provide product inspection photos/videos before payment).
- Payment methods: T/T, PayPal, Letter of Credit (L/C), etc. (same as the shopping payment methods).
4. Sample Policy & After-Sales Service 📦
● Sample Policy
The sample fee is determined according to the complexity, size and material of the product, ranging from 50-200 US dollars/piece. The shipping cost of the sample is borne by the customer.
● After-Sales Service
If there are quality problems (such as material inconsistency, craftsmanship defects, size deviation beyond 3cm) in the custom products due to our reasons, we will provide solutions such as re-production, replacement, or refund according to the actual situation. For problems caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, we will try our best to assist in solving them, and the relevant costs will be borne by the customer.
